Nick Diaz’s SHOCKING Hospital Brawl Confession

The rivalry between Nick Diaz and Joe Riggs extended beyond their UFC 57 match on February 4, 2006. After Riggs was declared the winner of their three-round fight, tensions flared when the two crossed paths later at the hospital.

Riggs, having pushed his body to its limits during the fight, was receiving an IV on a gurney when Diaz and his brother entered the area. As Diaz recounted on an episode of “Dark Side of the Cage,” the encounter quickly turned confrontational. Diaz described himself and his brother as “looking like a gargoyle” as they entered the hospital. According to Riggs, Diaz began verbally taunting him, saying, “Look at that motherf*r bh, he can’t even get off the gurney.”
